Wie Ihr als treue Leser wisst, sind wir fleißig dabei uns impfen zu lassen.

As you as our loyal reader have followed: we are just in the middle of getting our vaccinations!

Es fehlen auch nur noch zwei Impfungen gegen Tollwut (schonmal ne Vogelspinne mit Schaum vorm Maul gesehen…?! Da will man schon geschützt sein! =) ) und dann sind wir soweit durch.

There are only two more vaccinations against rabies missing (have you ever seen a tarantula with foam around her mouth…?! You better want to be prepared =) ) and then we’re done.

Bis auf die üblichen Zimperlein “Au! Au! Autsch” und “Das tut soooooo weh” (Holger) soweit auch alles gut überstanden… zumindest die Impfung.

Except for the Holger typical “Au! Au! Autsch” and “That hurt sooooo much” (Holger) everything was fine… at least for the vaccination.

Nun aber das kleine ABER: Bei mir (Kerstin) hat das gemeine, unnütze Pflaster, welches man danach bekommt BÖSE Spuren hinterlassen… Das ist kein Kleber, waschen/schrubben/Hautschichten via peeling abtragen hat also bisher nicht geholfen. Es juckt nicht und ist nicht rot, also auch keine Allergie. Ich war damit nicht bewusst in der Sonne; hab die Pflaster (jedesmal und an unterschiedlichen Stellen, gleiches Resultat =( ) nach 2 bzw. 12 Stunden immer gleich abgemacht.

So here is the little downturn: At my (Kerstin) arm, those little mean, useless adhesive plaster left some real unsexy spots on my arm =(

It is not the glue, so washing/scrubbing/taking of skin layers with peeling did not do the trick so far. It doesn’t itch and it is not red (but a darker brown than the rest of the skin), so it is no allergy. I have not been in the sun (not that I know); I took both adhesive plasters (two different sports but same marks) off after about 2 and 12 hours.

Also Ihr Medizinbewanderten da draussen: Wie werde ich diese blöden Flecken wieder los?!

So my lovely medic-experienced friends out there: How do I get rid of those mean spots?
